Founded in Binghamton for Binghamton

I started Strathmore Development while studying at Binghamton University, first managing and leasing student housing properties. Since 2018, I’ve been directly involved in overseeing more than 250 residential units, gaining hands-on experience in property management, construction, and development.

In 2022, I expanded into acquiring and rehabilitating properties, with the goal of turning underutilized spaces into quality housing and long-term community assets.

My focus is on creating housing that’s reliable, functional, and contributes to long-term community growth.
